Receipt notes are valued at their own rates and invoices at theirs; in scope the rates on both agree line by line.

Receipt and invoice match

Whether every purchase-invoice line bills a receipt note in the export, with the same quantity and rate.

All 20 invoice lines match the receipt notes they bill
3 purchase invoices bill 12 receipt notes, every one of them in the export. Some lines bill more than one note, so 22 line-and-note pairs were checked on quantity and rate. 1 receipt note worth AED 60K has no purchase invoice in the export; the invoice may follow after the window.

The rule. Goods arrive on receipt notes, and stock moves on the notes. A purchase-invoice line that names the receipt note it bills (its tracking number) is the same arrival billed, not a second one, so it moves no stock, whether or not the note is in the export. A line naming no note is a direct purchase and moves stock itself.
