The rule. Goods arrive on receipt notes, and stock moves on the notes. A purchase-invoice line that names the receipt note it bills (its tracking number) is the same arrival billed, not a second one, so it moves no stock, whether or not the note is in the export. A line naming no note is a direct purchase and moves stock itself.
Line by line (22)
One row per invoice line and the receipt note it bills: 20 invoice lines in 22 rows, as some lines bill more than one note. A note billed across several invoices is judged on its total.
